Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance to an adult with ADHD and autism to support his everyday activities and independence.
  • Assist with planning and participation in leisure and recreational activities.
  • Offer prompts and guidance to help him achieve routine tasks and promote self‑management.
  • Maintain a supportive and structured environment, adapting to his emotional regulation needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting young adults with autism or similar neurodiverse conditions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be patient and encouraging.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to varying activity schedules.
  • Valid UK work permission and a satisfactory DBS check are required.
