We are seeking a kind, caring, and patient support worker to assist Yazan, who has a passion for music and woodworking. The ideal candidate will be a fluent speaker of Arabic or Russian and will be able to provide support in a way that fosters Yazan’s interests and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany Yazan to local groups and support communications and activities.
- Provide support with daily tasks and routines.
- Encourage and facilitate Yazan’s hobbies, particularly music and woodworking.
- Drive Yazan to appointments and social activities (a full UK driving licence is required).
- Fluency in Arabic or Russian.
- Kind and caring nature.
- A full UK driving licence.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be male / female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1 – 4.
