Hours: 14 hours per week consisting of morning and lunch time calls, 7 days per week.
- AM call – approx. 7.30-8.00am for 1 hour
- Lunch time call – approx. 12noon for 1 hour

Location: Great Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
Personal Assistant required to support a friendly lady, who due to ME and Fibromyalgia lives with chronic pain and fatigue, requires support with everyday tasks. You will assist with getting up in the morning, support with getting dressed and showering in the mornings, preparing breakfast for her two children before they go to school and general household tasks. You will prompt with medication and ensure she is safe and has fluids for the day until the lunch time call begins. This will include tasks such as preparing lunch and household tasks as needed as well as prompting with medication.
As the hours are to be worked over 7 days a week, the hours can be split between 2 PAs. You will be expected to provide sick and holiday cover.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role and any offer of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory references and DBS. This vacancy will close as soon as a suitable candidate is appointed. At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate(s) must have permission to work in the U.K.
