What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Expertise delivering social media advertising campaigns across numerous platforms and targeting specific demographics.
  • Experience establishing social channels for businesses, building and expanding a following, and providing interesting content to keep the audience engaged.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and listening tools, Microsoft Excel, and a strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to demonstrate social media success in relation to predetermined KPIs and be well-versed in the most recent technology and trends in social media.

What will you be doing?

This is an incredible opportunity for volunteers to support a small charity in maintaining their social media platforms. The goal is to enhance interaction, promote volunteering, and raise awareness about initiatives aimed at benefiting disabled and neurodiverse individuals. Our primary focus is on empowering and supporting young people and adults with disabilities. We provide motivation for individuals to pursue their goals and aspirations, regardless of their disabilities. We firmly believe that having a disability does not equate to a lack of ability.

As a Social Media Volunteer, you will participate in the following:

  • Creating and/or maintaining social media profiles that are active.
  • Conducting research and creating original content for social media platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities for partnership development with regional community organisations.
  • Considering ingenious methods for increasing online participation.
  • Identifying target consumers and remaining current on market trends.
