Key Job Details

  • Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 FTE per annum (based on 37 hours per week) with appointments normally made at the lower end of the range, depending on experience and qualifications. (pro rata to 30‑hour week £22,702 - £25,135)
  • Reports To: Chief Operating Officer, Grants and Contracts Manager, Operations Managers and Case Quality Supervisors
  • Contract: Permanent subject to funding
  • Holiday: 31‑43 days
  • Location: Units 1G/H Guildford Road Industrial Estate, Hayle, TR27 4QZ, hybrid working after 4‑month probationary period.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week, can be worked flexibly between 9am‑5pm Monday‑Thursday, and 9am‑4:30pm Fridays

This role sits at the heart of disAbility Cornwall’s contract monitoring and reporting function. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Grants and Contracts Manager, and Case Quality Supervisors, the postholder will ensure service data is accurate, consistent and compliant. They will support contract reporting, evidence organisational impact, and help meet commissioner requirements.

The role will manage reporting schedules, validate data, and support the development of organisational systems, including Pipedrive, Charitylog and the future Microsoft CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual contract reports across multiple services.
  • Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Work with Case Quality Supervisors to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Support managers and frontline staff to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage reporting schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Produce performance reports, management information and data summaries.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools, including Power BI where appropriate.
  • Support the administration and development of Pipedrive and future CRM systems.
  • Carry out data cleansing and promote consistent recording standards.
  • Gather evidence, case studies and supporting information for reports and audits.
  • Analyse data and support impact measurement to demonstrate outcomes and identify trends.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection legislation and organisational policies.
  • Provide administrative support for reporting, data management and contract monitoring activities.
  • Undertake other duties as required by the Chief Operating Officer or Grants and Contracts Manager.

  • Experience with Power BI is desirable.

  • Using Pipedrive, Charitylog, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
  • Developing dashboards and performance reporting tools, including Power BI.
  • Data validation, quality assurance or contract monitoring.
  • Research, impact measurement and performance analysis.
