Hours: Full Time (30 hours)

We are looking for a proactive and confident Employer Engagement & Training Officer to develop relationships with employers across Gwent and create inclusive employment opportunities for programme participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage employers, develop work placements and trials, and deliver disability awareness training to support inclusive workplace practices.
  • Contribute to group wellbeing workshops for participants.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support successful transitions into employment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and promoting inclusive employment.

Funding: National Lottery Fund, fixed term basis until March 2029.
