Hours: Part-Time (16 hours)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Development Advisor to deliver frontline employability support to disabled and disadvantaged adults. You will provide personalised, person-centred support through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, and practical employability guidance. Your role will involve helping participants build confidence, develop skills, and progress toward volunteering, training, or sustainable employment opportunities. You will also work closely with local partners and colleagues to support participants on their journey and ensure they have access to the right opportunities and support. This role is supported by Welsh Government and in partnership with Scope on a fixed term basis until March 2027.
