Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Employer Engagement & Training Officer to develop relationships with employers across Gwent and create inclusive employment opportunities for programme participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage employers, build and nurture partnerships across Gwent.
- Develop work placements and trial programmes for participants.
- Deliver disability awareness training to promote inclusive workplace practices.
- Contribute to group wellbeing workshops for participants.
