ART AGAINST KNIVES is looking for a passionate Senior Youth Worker & Project Producer to join our amazing team, making it possible for young people to create their own hopeful futures, free from violence, abuse and harm. This post has a dual focus; you will be responsible for co-producing high quality music projects for young people aged 11-25 and directly supporting them to thrive. You will be exceptional at building trusted relationships with young people and in working alongside them to create high quality provision – ‘making ideas happen’ should be your superpower. In tandem with our direct support, we make it possible for them to imagine the change they want to see, ensuring their voices are heard within the systems around them and pushing for change. We’ve established ourselves as one of London’s pioneering youth organisations, making it possible for thousands of young people to design their own hopeful futures, re-design local services and influence national systems change.
