The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We’re looking for a new Trustee to join our Board as a Safeguarding Lead! You will assist our team in ensuring safeguarding processes are robust and will advise on best practice. If you have safeguarding experience, ideally within the charity or cultural sectors, and you believe in our work, we want to hear from you!
Our trustees are required to:
- Ensure the effective, efficient administration and financial stability of Entelechy Arts.
- Provide governance and aspiration for Entelechy Arts, ensuring delivery in line with its business plan and strategic objectives.
- Act as an ambassador and advocate for Entelechy Arts.
- Ensure that the Board has put in place satisfactory systems of control in respect of legal, operational and financial risk management.
Time Commitment
Entelechy’s Board meets 4 times per year, generally at the company’s base in Deptford SE8 on Monday evenings, though sometimes online when necessary. The trustee will be expected to also chair Entelechy’s safeguarding sub-committees, which meet quarterly. Other time commitments will include ongoing liaison with the Chair of the Board (generally by phone or email), attending key Entelechy Arts events, and championing the charity in external networks.
