The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

We are seeking a motivated and organised person to join our vibrant team to support with the planning, coordination, delivery and administration of an exciting year-long programme to test creative ways to support neurodivergent (ND) young adults to move closer to work by removing barriers, increasing confidence and promoting inclusive employment practices.

This project will co-design and test a trauma-informed, creative programme for ND young adults who face barriers to employment. Sessions will be delivered by ND creatives who will also be supported to develop their facilitation skills throughout the programme.

You will work with ND creatives, ND young adults, employers and cross-sector partners to deliver the programme which is part of the GM Creative Health Place Partnership and part-funded by Arts Council England.

The successful candidate should have a passion for the role of culture and creativity to transform lives and to support health and wellbeing. You will enjoy working with people and be skilled at supporting people to flourish.

You will have experience of arts project management and be a strong communicator who is able to cater information to different learning styles, as well as being confident in liaising with a range of people including creatives, ND young adults and employers.

As a confident self-starter, you will be organised, adaptable and comfortable with managing multiple project elements simultaneously.
