The Role

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of an innovative and energetic art organisation. This is a great role for someone organised, proactive and motivated to learn, as you will gain experience and knowledge of all teams and workstreams at the organisation, from our exhibitions programmes, to our learning and community events, to our fundraising work.

The Person

It is an exciting time to join the organisation in this role, as we are trialling new projects and workstreams to improve visitor experience, increase our reach, and generate income. Your previous experience as an Executive/ Personal Assistant will be essential when supporting our busy Senior Leadership Team in the realisation of these new projects. Organised and with strong attention to detail, you will have the ability to deliver proactive and effective administrative support across a variety of teams and projects. You will enjoy working collaboratively, and your strong interpersonal skills will be useful when engaging with all teams in the organisation.

You will also have some experience or knowledge of HR administration, and your excellent written and verbal communication and strong research skills will come in handy when coordinating HR and recruitment workstreams, or when working with the Head of Engagement, Partnerships and Inclusion to update our internal policies.
