The role Fuel is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Development Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will lead on Fuel’s fundraising strategy, supporting the Artistic Director & CEO and Executive Director in securing vital funds to sustain and grow our ambitious programme of contemporary theatre, digital work, and creative collaboration across the UK and internationally.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated fundraiser to join one of the UK’s leading independent producing organisations, known for its innovative and inclusive approach to live performance. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in raising income from trusts, foundations, individuals and corporates, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contemporary performance and creative collaboration. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants from backgrounds currently under-represented in the arts and culture sectors.

Terms and benefits – What we can offer you:

  • Full time (40 hours/wk), permanent role
  • £35k-£40k per year depending on experience
  • We are open to discussing flexible working including part-time options
  • A designated stakeholder pension scheme
  • Core hours are 10am-3pm, with some flexibility around starting and finishing times
