Bamboozle Theatre Company is recruiting a Touring and Digital Programme Co-ordinator. The Touring and Digital Programme Co-ordinator supports the development, growth and successful delivery of Bamboozle Theatre Company’s Touring offer, in which the Bamboozle Approach of accessible, immersive theatre for learning disabled and autistic young people is delivered across the UK, as well as overseeing the administrative functions of our new Digital Learning package. The workload between tour booking and digital learning co-ordination fluctuates across the year, providing variation of duties for the role at different points of our annual delivery.
Bamboozle tours to special schools and theatres throughout the UK with different types of specialised productions; one production designed for young audiences who might be described as having profound and multiple learning disabilities, and another for autistic children and young people. Each type of show has an annual tour for a set 4 – 6 week period. Our new Digital Learning package offers a user friendly, affordable introduction to the Bamboozle Approach, designed to give educators and artists tools and understanding of how we work with learning disabled and autistic young people.
The Touring and Digital Programme Co-ordinator delivers effective tour booking to liaise with established school contacts and unlock new opportunities; booking, scheduling, co-ordination, and all other relevant tasks. The role oversees the administrative function of our Digital Learning package, liaising with customers, managing licenses and platform administration, and liaising with our Education & Training team to update content.
