A new leadership position contributing to the strategic direction of Second Hand Dance, supporting the Co-Directors to realise an adaptive leadership model.

Second Hand Dance is re-imagining its leadership structure, adopting an adaptive leadership model that is agile and able to provide the flexibility required of its disabled and non-disabled Co-Directors, Rosie Heafford and Claire Summerfield. Achieving NPO status in 2023, the company continues to subtly challenge the status quo, creating equitable, playful shared dance experiences for children and adults that tour nationally and internationally.

This is a key role during a time of visioning, with responsibility for the management of the company’s resources, finances and people, and for the delivery of operations.
The successful candidate will centre care for our people and our values at the heart of who we are and how we operate. It would suit someone who is passionate about underpinning artistic drive with robust processes and systems whilst having a flexible but forensic approach to financial management.
