We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Campaigns to join our brilliant Marketing Department on a permanent, full-time basis. The role: The Head of Campaigns will lead the campaigns team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for all elements of the Globe’s offering. Our broad offer includes Theatre, Education, Guided Tours, Membership, Globe Player, Events, Retail and Catering. This role will foster a culture of collaboration across audience facing activities and campaigns; operating a test-and-learn approach where data and reporting are built into planning and decision-making.
The skills: The successful candidate will have significant experience creating sales driven marketing strategies using the full marketing mix to drive specific and measurable ROI’s, and an understanding of cultural-specific marketing techniques. They will be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills to build close working relationships across the organisation and externally, and will manage team members with a collaborative approach, guiding their personal development and ensuring high performance.
The team: The Marketing department includes a Campaigns team, a Design and Brand team and a Digital Content team. They work together to deliver shared audience and revenue targets for the whole organisation. The Head of Campaigns manages the Campaigns team, with two direct reports (Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager). They will report into the Head of Marketing.
