About the Role
A new position delivering the smooth financial processes and administration of Second Hand Dance. The role of Finance and Administration Officer is key to supporting the smooth and effective running of the company across finance, administration and reporting. Working closely with the Head of Resources, Co‑Directors and producing team, the role supports the delivery of the company’s programme by ensuring that financial processes, operational systems and administrative functions are delivered accurately and effectively.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑focused and people‑centred, with confidence managing financial and administrative systems, contracts and HR records. You will enjoy supporting creative work through clear processes, effective data management and a collaborative, supportive approach.
