The Work Room is seeking a Digital and Communications Lead. We are looking for a creative, organised, and responsive person to join our team. This is one of two new part-time roles currently recruiting – the other being the Artists Programme Producer. These roles aim to better support our expanding artists community and future plans.
This role will lead digital engagement and communications to support our mission to foster a sustainable environment for independent dance artists; enabling them to produce high-quality, thoughtful, and pioneering dance for diverse contexts at home and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to shaping digital communications and managing related systems. You should be passionate about utilising existing platforms and implementing innovative new approaches. You will manage and enhance our social and communication channels, with your influence improving the visual impact of our outputs.
The role is based on 3 days / 21 hours a week, with potential flexibility to accommodate other work or projects outside The Work Room, possibly through concentrated periods of work.
