Bristol Beacon is the South West’s largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Our newly refurbished concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.
We’re seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Head of Facilities to shape and deliver the long-term building management and capital investment strategy across Beacon Music Centre and Bristol Beacon. This is a senior leadership role with real impact; overseeing everything from PPM and asset management to major renewal projects, compliance, sustainability, and contractor performance in a complex, high-footfall, live-event environment.
Reporting to the Operations & Commercial Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our venues remain safe, resilient, sustainable, and world-class; supporting artists, audiences, and communities every day.
If you bring senior facilities leadership experience in complex, public-facing environments, and thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure settings we’d love to hear from you. Help us create safe, welcoming and inspiring spaces at the heart of Bristol’s cultural life.
We particularly encourage and support applications from disabled and ethnically diverse backgrounds as these groups are currently underrepresented within the arts and culture sectors.
