To: Head Chef / Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager Role Purpose At Dirty Bones, our Kitchen Porters are the backbone of the kitchen.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates safely, efficiently and to the highest cleanliness standards, allowing our chefs to deliver exceptional food and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Kitchen Cleanliness Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout all kitchen areas.
Wash and sanitise crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
Keep all workstations, floors, walls and storage areas clean and organised.
Carry out daily and weekly deep cleaning schedules.
Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
