Bold flavours, an open kitchen, and a crowd that's here for the night, not just the meal. We're part of something bigger, but on the ground here it's our unit, our team, our standards. We need someone who can own that. THE ROLE This isn't a behind-the-scenes gig. We're looking for someone who can run our Boxpark unit like it's their own storefront, keeping standards tight, the team sharp, and every guest walking away remembering the name Dirty Bones. You're the face, the fixer, and the frontline all in one. You'll own the day-to-day of the unit: the numbers, the people, the pace. But you'll also be out there, reading the room, greeting regulars, handling questions on the fly, and making sure every single guest in eyeline knows exactly who they're dealing with. WHAT YOU'LL DO Running the Unit Oversee daily operations of the Boxpark Croydon unit, keeping standards consistent across every shift Manage stock, ordering, and wastage to keep the unit tight and on budget Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards Lead, coach, and schedule the team so the right people are in the right place at the right time Report performance, issues, and stock concerns straight to Operations, no delays Guest Experience Be the face of the unit, engaging guests with confidence and personality in an open, high-visibility format Handle menu and allergen questions accurately and without missing a beat Manage guest feedback and complaints like a pro, escalating where it counts Set the tone and energy for the whole unit during service Represent Dirty Bones with the swagger and professionalism the brand's known for WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience managing a unit, kitchen, or fast-paced hospitality site Genuine passion for food, people, and delivering an experience guests talk about after Confident, personable, comfortable being the one everyone looks to Allergen awareness (Level 2 Food Safety certificate preferred) A leader who stays cool under pressure and brings the team with them Flexibility across weekday and weekend shifts, including evenings WHAT YOU GET Competitive hourly rate Staff meals on shift Real room to grow within the Dirty Bones family A fast, high-energy environment where your personality isn't just welcome, it's the job
