Directorbank seeks a CEO for a Midlands-based PE-backed SaaS business. The aim is to grow ARR from about £8m to in excess of £15m and consider a secondary buyout. You will drive growth, lead acquisitions to integrate into the platform, and operate in a regulated/compliance-led environment critical to enterprise customers.
The package includes a six-figure base salary, bonus and equity, with PE oversight and potential for future exits. A proven Enterprise SaaS CEO/MD with PE exposure is preferred.
