Our client is a high-growth private equity-backed IT/Comms Managed Service Provider (MSP) based primarily in Yorkshire. The business has already doubled in size since the original PE investment and will continue to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions over the next three years, before an exit. As part of their ongoing growth, they are now seeking a CFO who will support the CEO towards a successful exit and possibly a secondary MBO thereafter.
Experience required:
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, FD or CFO in Tech/Telco services or Business Services
- PE experience highly desirable
- M&A experience
- Commutable to Yorkshire (possibly based in Cheshire too)
- High EQ, commercial, collegiate type
- Happy to be part of a secondary MBO
