Backed by a leading mid‐market PE investor, the business has huge opportunities to grow organically in their core market whilst looking to diversify into other sectors. The business currently offers workforce / HR management software products.

Leading an experienced team with an outstanding board, the CEO will need a well‐rounded set of skills to help capitalise on their market opportunities whilst driving first‐class customer engagement and retention. A strong commercial background will be essential and this may also suit a Chief Commercial Officer or Chief Revenue Officer looking for their first CEO role.
