CFO opportunity - HQ West Yorkshire, PE-backed international manufacturer of niche industrial applications. c.£200m turnover with a truly international presence and blue chip customer base. To support their ambitious growth plans, the founders of the business are seeking to appoint a proven CFO to be based at their HQ in West Yorkshire with the following experience:
- Extensive experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within a global organisation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of delivering financial control, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of international financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax laws.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, risk management, and cost control.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams across multiple geographies.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms and reporting systems.
- A track record of leading the financial management of an international organisation of scale >£250m will be beneficial, as will prior experience of managing external stakeholders, ideally Private Equity.
Please note, due to the significance of the leadership responsibilities involved, this role will be based at their HQ in West Yorkshire with occasional international travel. Candidates able to commute daily will be preferred.
