Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our leadership team as a key member, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement people and culture strategies to drive business success and enhance employee experience.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support the organization’s goals.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with company objectives.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on people and culture matters to senior leaders and the organization.

Salary:

$120,000 per year.
