Medistra Group is seeking a senior Business Development Director & Product Owner with direct experience in aesthetic medicine, medical devices, dermal fillers, skin boosters, injectable products, pharmaceutical distribution or clinic-facing medical sales. The successful candidate must understand both the product and the market: what the company produces, how regulated aesthetic medical products are positioned, how clinics and practitioners adopt them, how distributors make purchasing decisions, and how repeat sales are built.
The role will combine business development leadership with product ownership. The candidate will be expected to identify distributors, build clinic and practitioner relationships, shape the commercial product proposition, support pricing strategy, and help create a scalable UK, European and international sales platform.
Purpose of the Role- Build Medistra Group’s commercial presence in the UK, Europe and selected international markets.
- Develop distributor, clinic, practitioner, KOL and strategic partner relationships.
- Own the commercial product proposition, including market positioning, pricing logic, sales materials and launch execution.
- Work closely with the CEO and Finance Director to ensure that growth is commercially realistic, margin-protective and scalable.
- Identify and approach suitable distributors, clinic groups, aesthetic practitioners, medical wholesalers, online B2B platforms and strategic partners.
- Build a qualified commercial pipeline across priority markets.
- Negotiate pricing, minimum order volumes, territory rights, exclusivity, launch commitments.
