The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods for our growing e-commerce business.
The ideal candidate will ensure productivity targets are met and maintain smooth warehouse operations while upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
- Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
- Coordinate with the procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.
- Monitor warehouse expenses and optimize budget allocation.
- Implement health, safety, and security protocols.
- Manage warehouse technology systems like WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other inventory software.
- Handle returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes.
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery times, and inventory turnover.

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
