Half of it is owning the close and keeping the numbers clean. The other half is turning those numbers into forward-looking insight that leadership uses to price, staff, and grow. You'll be the Head of Finance's right hand. You'll own the monthly rhythm end to end and update the models that tell us where margin is made and lost, by client, division, and service line. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
