We are looking for a process and project manager.

40 hours per week

Based in Hayes Mon-Thur in office, Friday at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize/develop local business processes (Focus Operations/Supply Chain Management).
  • Ensure that local processes are aligned with international processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Work with the local operation team to identify areas of improvement by conducting analysis of existing processes and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies and processes that can be streamlined or eliminated.
  • Implement optimization strategies to enhance workflow and user adoption.
  • Track local and international projects timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met and successful implementation.
  • Coordinate initiatives with local and international teams, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Handle strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with international ERP technical teams to ensure Dynamic 365 and CRM configuration meets business needs.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to internal users.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and data integrity within the ERP and CRM system.

Qualifications Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management and project management, with at least 2 years in an international context.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of process and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean Management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft project management software (e.g., MS Project, Teams, Planner).
  • Strong change management skills/experience (Training, Coaching, Engaging people).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel as required.
