Needed for basic Excel data work. Needs to be a UK citizen and client is after a minimum of 2 years UK based experience. SC clearance will be needed. Will need a Basic DBS no older than 5 months; the above is a must.
Key Result Areas:
- Maintain and update the Asset records on the provided Information Management Systems, databases and CAFM system.
- Support change management process to ensure smooth handover of Asset Information for maintenance and operation.
- Ensure filing structures both electronic and paper are maintained to support contractual evidencing of Asset capture.
- The provision of accurate reporting information to management in the following key areas: Asset Management, contractual reporting for Client and Skanska OU requirements.
- Working with other teams, ensure up to date information is provided to maintain accurate Asset databases across all critical services.
- Identify and highlight any risks associated with Asset data integrity to line management.
- Production of weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Take minutes at meetings when required.
- Carry out any general administration and facilities co-ordination tasks as may be requested from time to time by operational or line managers.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required.
Success Measures:
- Asset capture and validation covering M&E, statutory and Fabric planned maintenance and lifecycle tasks.
- Be able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in accordance with the contract SLA's and client requirements.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills (electronic, written and oral).
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Support all aspects of Information Governance.
- Sound Management and organisation of electronic records and reports.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and experience with applications.

- Problem solving/analysis: understanding of complex issues and problems and ability to form practical/pragmatic solutions.
- Team working: used to working in teams, displaying a flexible and constructive attitude.
