We are looking for a person who is a good match for the below. The role is based in the office in Hayes 4 days per week, and on Friday, is working from home. The salary depends on the last salary and the role. We do need to see that you are an e-commerce manager on your CV and not a generalist marketing person. Purpose of the role: Our UK e-commerce business has grown successfully over the past 10 years, and due to our success, we require an e-commerce manager to join the team to help us double our sales over the next 5 years. A member of the UK E-Commerce team with specific leadership responsibility for our latest product range in 2026. Create and drive strategies to deliver profitable e-commerce sales. Maintain the premium qualities of the Brand within the digital marketplace and increase consumer engagement. Account management, our third-party logistics and ensuring we are operating smoothly, ensuring all processes are in place and seeking ways of improvement. Explore new marketplaces that can get involved with to help grow the e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan and execute e-commerce strategies; manage online product listings; analyse sales data; collaborate with marketing teams; oversee customer service operations; ensure compliance with brand standards.
