We are looking for an assistant Buyer for our company near Ealing in Perivale near the station The Junior Buyer Role:We have an exciting opportunity to join our buying team, working with and reporting to the Creative Director! This Junior Buyer role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys product development, working directly with manufacturers in Asia and enjoys managing projects from start to finish. As an ideal candidate, you would be a great team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to react quickly to the fast paced nature of our business. You will be a self starter and goals oriented. The key aspects of the role are: Identifying key and commercial opportunities within designated categories for our specific brands. Source and manage the range through from initial concept to market. Liaising directly with manufacturing partners on product development, samples and problem solving.Collaborating closely with key workstreams across the business, including QA, Design & Logistics to manage timely and correct handover of final products.Working closely with the National Accounts team to respond to any specific product briefs from retail partners, and running any potential product pitch.Keeping a close eye on the market across each product category and brand as well as conducting regular competitor analysis.Running a tight critical path on any new products to ensure timely, efficient & accurate shipments of new ranges.Manage the a…
