We are looking for a Maintenance Plant and Transport Coordinator. The role is based in Hayes, Middlesex and is office-based. The salary is depending on your experience. You do need relevant experience and must have exposure to HGV vehicles and plant.

Role
To provide all aspects of Maintenance, Plant and Transport co-ordination, performing to high standards of quality whilst promoting and supporting continuous improvement within the Maintenance, Plant and Transport Department.
- Transport and Plant Accounting: Raising purchase orders for all vehicle, plant, uniform and PPE supplies, ensuring that all purchase orders and prices match with purchase invoices.
- Transport Audits: Assisting with various transport-related audits, ensuring continuous improvements within the transport department.
- Maintenance: Dealing with all administration for transport, plant hire and vehicle maintenance, including repairs, breakdowns, services, tracker keys, vehicle excise duty, fuel sheets, as well as maintaining various spreadsheets and databases.
- Handling Insurance: Liaising with insurance brokers for all vehicle related issues, including collating accident reports and monthly declarations.
- Legal Compliance: Maintaining and dealing with all aspects of DVSA requirements including operator licenses, digital tachograph cards/digital tachograph downloads, daily defect reports, PMI’s, MOTS, DVLA correspondence, forward maintenance planner, ensuring all digital downloads are sent for analysis. Carrying out and maintaining driving license checks through the DVLA. Ensuring that all penalty charge notices and speeding tickets are dealt with efficiently. Ensuring that the congestion charge system is kept up to date.
- General Admin Support: Controlling and maintaining the fuel card administration as and when required. Ensuring that all maintenance, plant and transport filing is kept up to date. General administration and office duties including photocopying and scanning.
