Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to become a valued member of our healthcare team, supporting a client in the Suffolk area. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring positive health outcomes and a high standard of support.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team
- Provide compassionate patient care in line with established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Advise on health management and disease prevention
Requirements
- Supporting with complex care needs such as :
- PEG Feeding
- Tracheostomy
- Ventilation Experience
