Complex Health Care Assistants (HCAs) required for an active disabled woman living in her own home. The role provides an opportunity to make a real difference by supporting someone to live a fulfilled and independent life while managing complex health needs.
A enhanced children and adults DBS is required to work with us.
Salary: £14ph - £16ph + accrued holiday pay
Location: Bexhill
Shifts: 8am - 8pm
Clinical needs:
- TPN (intravenous feeding)
- Medications administered via PEG
- Stoma care
- Dystonia management
- Support with needs related to neurodivergence
Interests: Dog walking, swimming, crafts, gardening, attending British Sign Language interpreted events.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in complex care preferred - willingness to learn essential.
- Understanding of neurodivergence would be beneficial.
- Full training will be provided by registered nurses.
- The client is a full-time wheelchair user.
- Experience in &/or willingness to become confident hoisting is essential.
- Must hold a full, clean driving licence & be willing to drive a Wheelchair accessible Vehicle (WAV).
- Over 25's only due to insurance.
- Ideal candidates would have good organisation skills, be highly motivated and have a good level of physical fitness as the client is very active when her health allows.

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to support the client's complex health needs.
- Supporting the client to work (both in the home & in office environments).
- Supporting the client in enjoying hobbies & social activities.
- Ensuring safety & dignity at all times.
