We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care for our clients with complex needs in their own homes.
Location: Bucklesham, Suffolk
Type of Role: Ongoing, flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday) with a minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week (12 hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care in accordance with individualised care plans
- Support with complex medical needs, including use of specialist equipment
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
- Work collaboratively with families and clinical leads
- Maintain accurate records and ensure best practices are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within a healthcare setting (minimum 6 months) – (required)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Experience within Ventilation support (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
