In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.
We are currently recruiting for a Repair Administrator to join our fantastic Repairs team in Ormskirk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
You will be responsible for dealing with the vehicle damage element of a claim, to receive engineers reports and discuss the content with the client and the associated garage, to authorise repairs, arrange storage, and disposal of vehicles as appropriate.
We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stakeholders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering an outstanding service.

Responsibilities to include:
- Receive and process new engineers reports
- Contact clients to discuss the content of the report regarding their vehicle
- Deal with any valuation disputes
- Carry out checks and authorise repairs to vehicles where appropriate
- Ensure storage of a vehicle is kept to a reasonable duration and that a vehicle is moved out of storage as soon as is practicable
- Arrange disposal of written off vehicles where necessary
- Offer back up claims handling to the new claims team during busy periods
- Effectively communicate decisions to offer Uninsured Loss or Cash in Lieu of repairs to clients as an alternative to repairs when necessary and appropriate
- Undertake any other reasonable task to ensure the efficient operation of the business
