Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to join us in Potters Bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for maximizing fleet availability through effective coordination of all depot level vehicle processes, ensuring that defects are managed and rectified in line with business KPI’s. Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of daily yard check on FuseMetrix
  • Allocating work to valeting team each day
  • Booking vehicles into dealers / bodyshops for repairs
  • Booking vehicles into tyre suppliers
  • Allocating work to drivers i.e. taking vehicles to dealers/tyre suppliers
  • Chasing VOR each day
  • Liaising with the hire hub to allocate vehicles to claims
  • Assisting the Asset manager with contra swaps and new deliveries
  • Updating Fuse Metrix with service/maintenance & warranty information
  • Making vehicles available on FuseMetrix after safety check and valet
  • Reconcile accessories list on FuseMetrix (McAMS)
  • Taking delivery of new vehicles brought onto fleet
  • Compiling vehicle check sheets and storing for future reference
  • Allocation of runner vehicles as instructed by Asset Manager
  • Ad hoc duties as requested
About You:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Fantastic administration skills
  • Ability to multitask on a variety of projects at one time
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft experience required
