Multi skill Maintenance Engineer – Food Factory

Days 6am to 6pm on a 2-2-3 panama shift pattern:

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday only

Joining our engineering team as a Maintenance Engineer – Multi-Skilled, your role will be to support the smooth running of the factory, resolving breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance. Alongside this, you will drive improvements across the site, introducing new machinery and ensuring hygiene, quality, and performance are maximised.

Day-to-day, your role will include reactive and proactive maintenance work, carried out to the highest levels across our entire factory.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Apprentice trained in a related engineering discipline (Electrical and Mechanical)
  • NVQ3/ONC/HNC in a related engineering discipline (Electrical and Mechanical)

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in engineering within food production, automotive, or pharmaceutical environment
  • Continuous improvement experience, tools and techniques
  • TPM methodology awareness
  • Safe systems of working, LOTOPUWER
  • Permit control
  • GMP
