HOURS: 6am to 2.30pm
DAYS: Monday to Friday
PAY: £13.57 per hour (starting training rate). Any overtime over your 40 hour work week is paid at time and a half.
Direct Table Foods is recruiting for a full-time Food Production Team Leader to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team is operating efficiently, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality.
As a Production Team Leader, you will lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining production records and reporting any issues to management.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Oversee production staff and ensure that targets are met
- Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards
- Train and supervise production workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Maintain production records and report any issues to management
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are reported immediately
- Ensure that the production area is clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
