About the Role

We are looking for a driven and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our Glasgow city centre office. This role is key to supporting the delivery of high-volume staffing across our food production and logistics clients. You will focus on attracting, screening, and placing candidates into roles, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality workers to meet client demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and local outreach
  • Screening and interviewing candidates (phone and face-to-face)
  • Registering candidates and completing compliance checks (RTW, ID, etc.)
  • Matching candidates to suitable roles based on skills and availability
  • Managing candidate availability and shift bookings
  • Building and maintaining a strong pool of active workers
  • Supporting the onboarding process and preparing candidates for site
  • Working closely with on-site teams to meet staffing requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a fast-paced admin/customer role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Confident using IT systems and job boards
