We're recruiting Production Operatives for a busy fresh produce processing site in Measham. Ongoing work with consistent hours and the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right people.
The role:
- Working on a chilled production line preparing, grading and packing fresh vegetables
- Removing defects and carrying out basic quality checks to customer spec
- Weighing, labelling, date coding and palletising finished product
- Keeping your work area clean and to full food hygiene standards
- Following all health, safety and food safety procedures on site
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to your full shift pattern
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (approx. 28C) and standing for the duration of the shift
- Able to work at pace as part of a team
- Basic English for safety instructions and line communication
- Food production experience is useful but not essential; full training is given
- Right to work in the UK
