We are seeking an account manager to grow and develop our Uxbridge operation, recruiting across Industrial sectors, supplying temporary staffing solutions.
The Role
An Account Manager will be working as part of a team to deliver the day-to-day servicing of a client. You must be able to work in a busy environment and manage a pool of around 60-100 people per day.
Salary: £26,000 Plus Bonus
Location: Uxbridge, UB8 1AB
Responsibilities
- As Account Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed service provision, managing the day-to-day orders against the clients' requirements.
- Working as part of a team to deliver our orders.
- Management of the day-to-day client relationship with the General Manager / Site Lead.
- Managing candidate attraction through various forms of advertising i.e. job sites and social media.
- Supporting the screening of candidates.
- Accountable for candidate compliance eligibility to work in the UK prior to interviewing.
- Working with other colleagues or clients on engagement activities for our workers.
Experience / Attributes
- Working as a team.
- Good communication skills including the ability to listen to others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Microsoft skills Outlook / Word / Excel.
- Working hours may vary and flexibility ultimately is required due to the nature of the business.
