About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader to join a busy beef processing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and previous food production experience to step into a key role within the operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising a team on the production line
  • Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
  • Monitoring staff performance and providing support where needed
  • Coordinating workflow to ensure efficiency across the line
  • Reporting any issues to management promptly
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor (food production preferred)
  • Experience working in a meat or beef processing environment is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
