About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised On-Site Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our team at one of our key food production clients in Glasgow. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for managing a large temporary workforce of 100 staff on-site, ensuring daily requirements are met while maintaining strong relationships with both the client and workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily staffing requirements (100 temporary workers)
- Booking, scheduling, and allocating staff across shifts
- Acting as the main point of contact between client and workforce
- Monitoring attendance, performance, and shift fulfilment
- Managing last-minute changes, absences, and shift cover
- Supporting inductions and onboarding of new starters
- Ensuring compliance with all site and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and workforce data
KPI & Performance Management
You will be responsible for delivering against key performance indicators, including:
- Fill rate / shift fulfilment
- Attendance and attrition levels
- Timekeeping and compliance
- Worker retention and engagement
- Client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or on-site account management
- Experience managing high-volume staffing (ideally within food production, logistics, or industrial sectors)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with both clients and workforce
- Good IT skills (Excel, systems, reporting)
- Flexible approach to working hours (early starts may be required)
