About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader to join a busy beef processing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and previous food production experience to step into a key role within the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team on the production line
- Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
- Monitoring staff performance and providing support where needed
- Coordinating workflow to ensure efficiency across the line
- Reporting any issues to management promptly
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor (food production preferred)
- Experience working in a meat or beef processing environment is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
