Direct Staff UK is a GLAA-licensed recruitment agency supplying temporary labour to the UK's leading food producers. We’re growing in Scotland and need an Account Manager to run the site.

The job:

  • Fill every shift, keep the client happy, keep the paperwork clean.
  • Hit fulfilment KPIs: headcount, attendance, punctuality, retention.
  • Plan labour against the client's production forecast and flex it daily.
  • Recruit, screen, right-to-work check, induct and onboard.
  • Manage absence, conduct and worker welfare on site.
  • Keep timesheets and payroll accurate; resolve pay queries same day.
  • Own GLAA and audit compliance.
  • Report weekly KPIs and lead the client review.

You:

  • On-site or high-volume industrial recruitment experience, or a supervisory role in food production, manufacturing or logistics.
  • Proven record of hitting fulfilment or attendance targets.
  • Organised, accurate, unfazed by pressure.
  • Confident with clients at management level.
  • Full UK driving licence; flexible on shifts.
