As Club Shop Lead, you'll take charge of this remit, ensuring clubs receive top-tier service while continuously growing our portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering operational excellence. You'll be at the forefront of growing our Club Shop portfolio, working closely with clubs and schools to strengthen partnerships and expand our reach. You will also collaborate with our key brand partners such as Nike, adidas, Joma, and Mitre.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Grow the Club Shop Network β Onboard new clubs with a consistent, smooth experience while regularly nurturing existing relationships.
- Engage with Clubs & Schools β Conduct outreach to bring in new business, gather feedback, and ensure clubs receive the required support.
- Develop and Grow the Loyalty Scheme β Manage and expand by encouraging clubs to engage with this benefit.
- Optimise Inventory & Operations β Ensure clubs receive the right products on time by working with Purchasing to forecast demand and minimise delays.
- Strengthen Brand Partnerships β Work closely with our brand partners to align on available programmes and ensure clubs benefit from the best product ranges.
- Represent Direct Soccer β Attend tournaments, events, and meetings to showcase our Club Shops and strengthen industry connections.
What You'll Need
- Experienced in customer engagement, account management, or business development in e-commerce.
- A strong communicator who can drive sales and outreach with confidence.
