We are a busy mail order company based in Sittingbourne (moving to Sheerness) and are looking to employ an Accounts Clerk.
Duties to Include:
- Coding and posting invoices to our system
- Sending them for approval and updating the system
- Digital filing of invoices
- Preparation of BACS payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with e-mails
- Raising invoices
Skills needed:
- Good working knowledge of Outlook / Word / Excel
