We are a busy mail order company based in Sittingbourne (moving to Sheerness) and are looking to employ an Accounts Clerk.

Duties to Include:

  • Coding and posting invoices to our system
  • Sending them for approval and updating the system
  • Digital filing of invoices
  • Preparation of BACS payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with e-mails
  • Raising invoices

Skills needed:

  • Good working knowledge of Outlook / Word / Excel
